Highlights of the Resident Care Coordinator Position:

  • Must have 3-5 years of healthcare related experience
  • Assist in scheduling the Care Partners to ensure full coverage of all shifts and reducing and/or eliminating overtime or agency use
  • Responsible for maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule
  • Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling
